logged out still no view of second camera. i can still view the cam i logged out of in the settings /image window

the strange thing is when i get into the settings menu on the second cam , under configurations, /image i see the first cam not the second cam.

i can only access the settings menu for the second camera , but it does not show up on live view

i can`t access the settings menu for the first camera listed .you can see what it says in the bottom right corner.

i am able to get it to record using ld player and adding the hilook app. pretty strange since i can`t get the hilook app on my phone to connect to the camera . i tried adding another mini ip ptz to ivms 4200 and it comes up as online but under device type it says encoding and there is a blue...

where is the record schedule in ivms 4200 and is there another software programme to use?

it`s the only camera ,laptop no going to sleep. even live view without recording shuts off at 5 minutes. was working fine until about 3 days ago.

no dvr , recording to ivms on laptop. v7.3 build. can`t find anything in vmsn for recording schedule

i have a hilook mini ptz h.265 and it went offline . i figured out the power cable was no good. i disconnected the camera and brought it next to my laptop and modem and powered it up with an ethernet cable direct to the modem and a power cable , but it is not showing it`s online. i tried...

i installed windows 11 on my laptop and couldn`t view my ip cameras . i uninstalled and reinstalled ivms 4200 and now i can`t even add the cameras

they are ptz ip cameras. they are at a different location and network. i can view them on ivms 4200.
