Dear @trempa92 from the time i debund the teams from my device i dont get push notifications. The notifications appears at the bell icon i just dont receive them as push when i dont have the app open. I try to delete and re install the app but it didn't solve the problem. I have also try hard...

First of all, my pre recording is at line detection smart event. Also the camera that i use for the line detection is at v.5.5.820 so if it is a version issue there is no need to update my other cameras. The same pre recording time it appears in any of my events. I don't know if it is NVR issue...

Ok i did it. My fault was that i was at personal device page and not teams. When i chose teams page and me i could see the debund option

Also a think i made... is it possible to deactivate from web interface? Maybe this way will deactivate it from my phone too. But where is that option in web interface?

I think i have finished the team creation. Yes i am able to switch between personal device and team. It doesn't make any sense to be regional issue. probably something else

Yes i noticed that. I don't have the disband option inside the info. Only team name, first-last name, role, expiry time and group management

Do you know how can i delete the team I created? Because actually it is not so simple to use. Thank you

Thanks for your help!!! Also one more thing... I got what "Save camera VCA data" from GUI menu does. In web interface (video & audio menu - Display info on stream) there is also an option that says "Enable Dual VCA". What is this for? I am a little confused because i cannot find those 2 options...
