Can I get some more info from you? Could I get the model and serial numbers of the cameras that aren't working? Have you changed how you connect your cameras when switching over to the new NVR? Did you use the same login/activation password when setting up the new NVR? Have you tried...

Door Entry Hikvision kis603 error code 10200?

After speaking with Hikvision about this, they have given me two solutions on how to potentially fix this issue. Which solution you use will depend on how you set up and access your door station. Can 10TB or larger hard drives be fitted into HikVision NVRs

A hard drive bigger than 10TB should work fine in a HikVision NVR. The reason it states only up to 10TB is that HikVision hasn't fully tested their NVRs with anything bigger yet. In reality, there is little difference between the different sized HDDs so shouldn't cause there to be an issue.

Camera upgrade advice for drive way in a tough scene?

The DS-2CD2387G2-L(U) does have a microphone, but the light is only really intended to be used as a supplementary light when needed rather than as a deterrent. If you get a (C)/G5 model however you can download this custom firmware that allows you to use the light in this way...

    ColorVu cameras difference between models???

DS-2CD is what almost all HikVision's network cameras will start with, except for some specific more specialized models. Whereas the 'CE' is specifying that it is an analog camera in the 'E' series. If you are looking for some more help with explaining what all the characters mean, please...

Can I use AcuSense Camera with Strobe light and audio alarm with hikvision ds-7608ni-k1?

If you are looking to connect 4 AcuSense and 4 normal cameras I would recommend looking at getting an AcuSense NVR like this one: Hikvision DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/S 8 Channel AcuSense Network Video Recorder This will allow you to give some/all of your 'normal' cameras some AcuSense function. If you...

    ColorVu cameras difference between models???

The main two differences between these cameras are that the DS-2CE72HFT-F28 falls under a category of cameras named TurboHD. These cameras require a DVR which they will all have to connect to using coaxial cables. The DS-2CD2347G2-LU is an IP camera, these have a lot more flexibility in how you...

Camera upgrade advice for drive way in a tough scene?

To have a spotlight that comes on and off with motion you'll need to use one of the LiveGuard models. I would recommend one of the Colorvu models as these have a spotlight for illuminating the scene at night when needed for the colour imaging, as well as a separate light which can act as a...
