    Hi, Could I just get you to check whether you have a (B) version of this NVR or not, please? Just as there is different firmware for the (b) and non-(B) versions of this NVR. You should be able to find this either on the label of the box or the label on the bottom of the NVR.

    Afternoon, Hikvision has gotten back to me about this. They have confirmed that there is a 'grey-out bug' after pausing in playback and that this bug will be resolved in the next update, which will be at the beginning of next year. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
