Here is the spec of the B620 Z I found. It only lists H.264 so I was assuming that it was H/W limited on the compression formats ? Or maybe a later F/W enabled it perhaps? https://www.4gon.co.uk/documents/IPC-B620-Z.pdf

Hi there, Does anyone have any info regards this older camera IPC-B620-Z and what distinguishes it from the IPC-B620-H-Z ? Does the 'H' in the latter model specify H.265 compression? Having a look at the FW repository here...
