I bought this CS-TY1 camera, directly from Amazon UK, as returned pile of items. I have the original box, but I am not able to add it to Hikconnect, cause itnis still bind to previous owner. Is there something I can do in this situation?

I have same issue with my 7208HQHI-K1 DVR, after upgrading firmware to V4.25.001 build201107. Is there a way to fix this problem?

I successfully update my DVR to latest firmware: 4.25.001 build 211207. Everything works as expected.

Thanks! I switched from a 7104HQHI-K1(B) Value Series, that records 1080p at 25fps, hoping that the Pro Series 7208HQHI-K1 can do at least the same. :(
