We have started the process of converting turns out you need to run as admin on a PC. When converting does the VCA like line cross lines and the green boxes go away?

we are using vsplayer on PC and have managed to see it but the video is covered in VCA boxes which makes the video unusable. but cant seem to convert it just says invalid path

it also keeps saying invalid saving path

i have just been able to view the file on vsplayer but when watching it, it has lots of green boxes for the movement detection. how do i remove them? will they be removed when converting?

on VLC it is just blank and is playing

dont think virtual box works on M1/2 anymore. the audio isnt super important so could just send it and hope its okay

hmm thats annoying the mac version doesnt have that feature. i dont have a virtual machine either. maybe i need to download a virtual machine. I just drag the file onto vsplayer but everytime i try and press play. it just crashes and closes

Hi, I am trying to download some video footage for the police and am really struggling to actually get the video to play. I am on a mac and i have been able to view the footage on ivms-4200. I have also been able to download that footage to a file (.mp4) but cannot get this to show any video...

Hi Kyle I have updated the NVR. I have tried to reproduce my issue but not seen it yet. I wonder if a reboot would have helped. Will keep an eye on it and see if it happens again

Ah okay cool. I will update to latest version today. I bought my NVR in 2021 so shouldn’t be an issue. I am using the latest version of the iOS app

I did have this issue before the new iOS app upgrade so I think I can rule that out. I think it’s a setup issue on my end
