    You can log in to the DVR on your laptop via the IP address (see the second part of my post above - sorry I may have added that bit after you saw my reply). Then, you can check the HDD status in Storage>Storage Management>HDD Management, and run the tests in Storage>Storage Management>HDD Detection.

    OK, this is a good sign. Are their statuses showing as 'online'? If so, ignore the link in the 'IP/Port No.' column in the Hik-Connect web portal, as you don't need to use this for remote access.     It should show a hard drive in the table on there, with the size of it and its status, which should be 'normal'. If you have a drive installed but it isn't showing, make sure all of the connections shown in this guide are secure...

    I've just checked, and that extra channel appears when you turn on "channel zero": In the app, go to to Me>Settings and you should have the option to disable "Display Channel-Zero", which will remove it :)

    Yep, that doesn't sound quite right, that's probably the best thing to do. The only thing I can suggest is trying an earlier firmware, but I've not seen these issues reported on V5.5.820 before...

    You can disable UPnP on all three, it's not needed and the setup will be more secure without it.     Sorry, yes, if you go to Device Management in iVMS-4200 you'll have a settings cog at the end of the row the camera is showing on - click this and then Basic Settings, which should take you to the same config menu you get in a web browser, and try drawing it here.     Hi @brisky1 - as you say, it's most likely a bug! Is the camera connected to an NVR, or are you accessing it directly to draw the privacy mask? If accessing it directly, which browser are you trying? Also, is it a G3 or G5 platform model / (C) or non-(C)? You could try in iVMS-4200 - iVMS-4200...
