That looks more like the NVR firmware, are you definitely using iVMS-4200 on a PC and not a Mac? If so, the screenshot looks like it is from a very old version of iVMS for PC. We would recommend upgrading to the latest version of iVMS-4200 for PC - iVMS-4200(V3.12.0.7_E).
