    Okay, If you have the cameras added individually to Hik-Connect, the footage you are viewing is from the camera's MicroSD card because Hik-Connect cannot access footage stored on a 3rd-party NAS that isn't added to the Hik-Connect app.

    Hi @newbeliever If you've already tried adding the NVR to Hik-Connect and iVMS-4200 then there probably are no other options for remote/desktop access. As the model appears to be Chinese with Chinese firmware it will likely be incompatible with all non-Chinese market Hikvision products & software.

    Okay, The datasheet for V3.12 of iVMS says that works with Windows 7 so there shouldn't be an issue upgrading to this latest version. One thing you can try before updating iVMS is to delete the NVR from iVMS-4200 and then re-add it to see if that brings the camera back online.
