I'm happy to say it's all back to working normally today.

This is so weird......... I've gone in again now, set the search as per below and it is now showing / playing back video. The only other thing I changed was setting the DST option on. I'll do my usual event checks tomorrow and see if it is still working. Weird.

It looks like the hard drive is full on our DS-7608NI-K2/8P: What is the correct procedure for resetting the HD (or setting I need to change) to get it to free up space? Any assistancs appreciated.

When I export video from the DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P it is saved out as an MP4 file. Is there any way of changing this to save out as an Apple MOV file? As a Mac / iPhone user that'd be much more useful. Any assistance appreciated.

Ah ha I sorted it I can access the portal if I turn off AdGuard DNS and turn off all browser extensions (and use Microsoft Edge) Sheesh.

Yep I worked that out which is why I deleted my post. :) I've now bookmarked the relevant pages. If I try to upload the firmware I get an error message: I've tried 3 different browsers so far with the same result. Any ideas?
