Which people are you counting ? The people who pass the street or the people who enter the building….i need the function „ people who enter the building“ and in my case the cam would have this view….and i would like to count the people who enter the „ marked“ entry.

Hi, i searched, searched.........and searched and i found out that the pan and Tilt, Presets etc. appear "only" if you rotate the phone. If you hold the phone normally you can only use (see) the PTZ-Control. I hope i could help some People with the same problem. Thank you
