I don't have an answer to your issue but just want to mention that the channel number refers to the camera and not the port on the nvr. In your case they should all be channel 1. The channels are used when multiple feeds are returned from one ip device, such as a panovu camera or an encoder...

That's interesting. I have just disabled the region entrance on the camera and set it up on my DVR (a DS-7204HTHI-K1, f/w 4.25.001) and it sends the notification from my DVR to Hik-Connect. In the DVR the set up is very limited, basically draw a box and set the sensitivity (I set it to 75)...

I have the cameras connected directly to Hik-Connect - main reason is that they are currently connected to an old DVR which won't allow most of the nice functions of the new IP cameras! So notifications are direct from the cameras. I'll have to grab a NVR to test out if they work through that...

I currently have 2 DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL set up using firmware V5.7.10 build 220830 and region entrance notifications are working from the camera to my Hik-Connect app fine. May be worth checking your firmware to see if there's an update. Firmware for DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL
