Hi @hooos For a residential system, we would go with the DS-7716NI-M4/16P NVR because it will give you everything you need and the iDS- model won't offer you many more features that you will actually use for a residential install.

Hi @Bryan Jeck If your camera is behaving the same as the original poster's camera and if there is no change after doing the cable test that @cymruchris has suggested, it probably means there is a fault with the camera and you will need to speak to your seller/installer about a repair/replacement.
