It's good to hear the firmware update worked. As far as we are aware, the 5.0 GUI firmware is only coming to the I-series AcuSense NVRs (NXI-I2/NXI-I4 - specifically the latest (E) models) and not the K-series AcuSense.

Thanks, What browser are you using to log in to the NVR? Have you tried doing the update when using a different browser to access the NVR? If that doesn't work, please try updating the firmware using the Batch Configuration Tool instead.

Hi @tuil @alfaclvi I've spoken to Hikvision support about this to get clarification and they've said this: "Only 8MP cams support the mosaic mode. There is a future plan to add the mosaic mode to 4MP cams, but no estimated due date yet."

Thanks @zudiosol I think the only thing you can try is rebooting and/or hard resetting the camera, if neither of these fix the issue then it is most likely a hardware failure and you'll need to look for a replacement.
