Hi @dba7108 Can you please provide the model number for the Annke PTZ? The housing and design of the Annke camera might look similar to the Hikvision model, but often the specs/hardware is different and this might be playing a factor in the poor night performance.

Hi @dba7108 The compatible accessories for this PTZ are the DS-1280ZJ-SD11 Junction Box and the DS-1605ZJ Wall Mount. If you want to wall mount your PTZ, you only need to buy the DS-1605ZJ Wall mount because the camera mounts directly to the wall bracket.

Thanks @IMF73 It looks like Motion Detection is enabled, but you need to check that the arming schedule is set and that under the linkage method you have "Notify Surveillance Center" ticked. If you still can't see the events, the last thing to check would be to log in to the DVR with iVMS-4200...

The Linkage Method is related to configuring events, but there are other settings involved to get events working. Can you please share some screenshots/photos of the event menus in your DVR?

Have you checked that smart events are configured? The previous owner may just have had the DVR set to record continuously without event triggers/notifications.

Okay, I thought it might be that your IP range (192.168.1.xxx) was different to the Hikvision default. In SADP, try enabling DHCP for the camera and see if it automatically assigns the camera a different IP address. If it does, you can try adding it again with this different IP address.
