Hi. I thought about buying the new AcuSense DVR with face recognition. Manual says it can dected 10.000 Faces. But... how can i hand over the info to an other system? I can trigger one of the 8 relays in the DVR... but that's not many realays for 10.000 Faces. :) I thought about using an IP...

Hi. I have the DS-2DE4A220IW-DE IP-Dome camera. Problem is... once the SD card is full, the oldest files will not be overwritten. So it will never record anything anymore. I need to format the disk. Is there anything I can do so that the oldest files will be overwritten automatically? Thanks!

Hi. My hikvision DS-2DE4A220IW-DE camera does not want to sync to the time server. Iam using these settings: Server: time.windows.com Port: 123 However, using the same settings within the same network but on a different Hikvision camera (DS-2CD2120F-IW) works fine all the time. Any Ideas...

yeah.. the call to the IVMS Software worked good. A window opened and I could press the "open door" button. But it lasts some time to get it working in the ivms. I think I needed to set something like "surveillance station" or so in in KD8003 setup.

Yes, IVMS Software. But I can't recall exaclty what I did. And I deleted everything because i was frustrated.

Hi. I sold this shit. :) I also never got it working so that it calls a sip extension. You can let it call the hikvision app on your phone or your computer, but I only got it working so that it called my computer.

I used a "screen capturing software". For example: "camtasia". But... you could also just use your phone to make a quick video.

Thanks! Maybe it would work with my DS-KD8003, but I just tried two VOIP clients. (they should be able to show video) But the manual or specs of the Hikvision does not tell any word about if video will work or not. In the end I sold everything.

Oh.. but now the camera does not switch on the IR LEDs anymore? (no matter if I chose Day/Night Switch to "Auto" or not) And... the "IR Light Mode" Setting is automatically set to "Auto" and I can't change it?
