On Hik-connect/iPhone navigate to the NVR Settings and check here that the camera is selected for display on home page: I hadn't noticed before, but his page has changed in a recent Hik-connect update (nothing to do with your issue though)

I also have AcuSearch turned off because my M-series NVR does not support AcuSeach... I'm assuming with it off, the camera has less processing to do? Smart events do still work with AcuSearch off.

Yes, the markers are working, but I have "Notify Surveillance Center" checked on the camera... I thought this was not needed... I do NOT have "Notify Surveillance Center" checked on the same motion event on the NVR, so I do not get Hik-connect notifications (which I do not want for motion...

For a G5 camera connected to an NVR that does not support AcuSearch (like DS-7616NI-M2/16P), should this setting be on or off (or it doesn't matter)? Also, what does enabling "Sub-Stream" on this page do?
