    Hmm... it's not too bad if you can still see the cameras on the phone... First easiest thing to try is rebooting the NVR. What was the last thing you remember doing before this happened? Do you see the cameras if you use your computer and log into the NVR web GUI? like this:

    I have used different EZVIZ cameras and have been able to connect them to my Hikvision NVR using the "HIKVISION" protocol. I never tried with an EZVIZ camera that had an Ethernet connection, the ones I've used are all Wi-Fi, but I'd think the Ethernet should be compatible also. One thing...

    My DS-2DE4A425IWG-E and your DS-2DE4A225IWG-E cameras do have auto-tracking. Same cameras with the exception one is 4MP and the other is 2MP. You can configure smart events on the camera to start auto-tracking. This is where you need to go in the camera web GUI menus to configure it:
