Video: Will thermal cameras help to end the lockdown?

Surely they wouldn't make black cameras if they were liable to melt/implode?

It does affect the warranty. I think they reserve the right not to issue a refund/credit for a painted camera but will still repair a faulty unit.

When I couldn't get black, I used a can of spray paint to convert a white camera to black. 10 minutes to mask up the bits I didn't want paint on and 10 seconds to paint.

Some more information would help. What cameras and how many? What bitrate have you allocated to them? What size are you recording at [2MP, 4MP, bigger?] What frame rate are you recording at? Are you recording continuously or only events? What codec are you using to compress the video [H264...

Try creating a new group for any cameras not already in a group. Their feed might then show up in Main View.

I found the workaround. By importing the KD8003 into a new Group, it condescended to show up in Live View. It's presumably a bug or they wouldn't offer the option to add a device without creating a group for it.
