I have this problem with my DVR DS-7204HQHI-K1 running version v3.5.23 build171109. I tried to update the firmware, but the Firmware Upgrade button is greyed out. :( Any idea why this is happening? Is there a way around this? Thanks!

Some additional info, I was able to successfully add a Hikvision IP Camera on this DVR, and it worked perfect together. Any guess on what might be the limiting factor in this HiLook Camera on Hikvision DVR?

Hi all again! I updated my NVR to latest firmware Hik-Partner Pro gived me, which is 4.30.101 build 240520. Unfortunately, after this update, some NVR WiFi features disappeared. Now I don't have the option to select the WiFi network IP range, the Network Bridging check box is not available...

Thanks @JB1970, I managed to solve this and upgrade the firmware. I just enabled "Internet Explorer" mode in Edge browser. Thank you!

I try to upgrade my IP Camera 2CD2021G1 IDW1 firmware, but there is no option in Maintenance Window to do that. Any idea why this is happening and how can I perform the upgrade?

Done the update yesterday and everything is good so far. I did the update via Hik-Partner Pro but the Hik-Connect also showed that there is a new firmware and provided me the option to update from there as well.
