Use Edge with the IE extension. Make sure you load the login screen, hit the IE extension button, then login.

It's likely hacker bots randomly probing IP addresses on the internet. I used to get a lot of those until I changed my default ports.

Do your cameras use IR? If so, the added power draw at night might explain it.
