Thanks @EtheAv8r The Virtual Host feature might not work when you are running the older NVR firmware, as it might not be supported by modern browsers. I would try accessing Virtual Host again once you've updated the NVR to one of the more recent V4 firmware versions.

Hi @Radhak The reset process you describe above is the correct process. The .xml reset files are time sensitive; if you don't use them quickly enough, they can stop working. We would recommend taking that error code back to Hikvision support and ask then to generate you a new file.
