i'm still striggling with issues too: 1) sometimes when someone pressed the doorbel, it takes about 1-2 minutes before hikconnect starts ringing 2) sometimes when i pickup , i have no 2way audio or video might be related to my indoor panel, i have an 9310 , i think i am the only one here :-)

i have found a verry interesting topic, can you test it out? :) if this works, then i'm not gonna use HikConnect anymore , because early video is still a big bummer for me [from-internal-custom] include => from-internal exten => 2007/2008,1,Log(NOTICE,GDS3710 is calling to extension ${EXTEN})...

yes, i believe so, those leds are turned on based on the sensor, i think you can turn it off in ivms, not sure though

no issues here, what version have you installed? try maybe clearing cache? or uninstall / reinstall? latest now is 4.17

yeah, i have them too, but for intercom , when someone pressed the doorbell button, the ring notification is sometimes 5 minutes later offcourse visitor is then already gone ... nice smart doorbell :s

Sometimes when i receive an intercom call, my HikConnect starts ringing after about 2-3 minutes... offcourse, the visitor is already gone.. Battery optimalization is already disabled... i also use other Android GCM/FCM push messages, they all work reliable, only HikConnect seems slow anyone...
