hmm, what sip server are you using? asterisk or freepbx? i remember no audio for me either when i tested it first, i believe i switched to UDP and also in freepbx/asteriks i had to add the local lan to trusted network devices

verry strange, i believe other people got it to work tough on 2.2.50 + firmware and sip have try sadp tool? my guess its just an "saving" bug , i think its coming from a combination between ivms and device

but it should work, no idea why you get that error maybe something stupid, but have you tried a factory reset? you are coming from an security 1.0 firmware , right? when upgrading to security 2.0 firmware, a factory reset was needed i had todo it too when coming from old version, some stuff was...

nope, not possible to downgrade anymore once above 2.2.50 just a guess, try to save with an easy password? i remember i had the issue also with a strange character in my password

Hey , 2 questions, i have an DS-KD8003 with a DS-KH9510 as indoor Panel 1) if i add the indoor panel, i can open door, but there is also a setting in the hikconnect app 'open last live view' , if that one is enabled, and i reopen hikconnect, it doenst open the live view of the indoor panel 2)...

Hi , anyone able to get a still image from doorstation intercoms? i have an 8003 , only rtsp is possible; not a still image with those ISAPI url's yes, there are workarounds, with motioneye or synology, but it should be possible too with direct isapi url thnx!!

yes, alertstream doesnt work on your firmware, i have th e custom one, and since 2.2.50 , you cant downgrade anymore, so you are forced to use the SDK (works better though) i'm trying to get the options from my custom firmware in the next official release... but it takes a while

yeah, already added the 8003 to hikconnect, but its indeed useless , you cant open the door or accept a call , this can indeed only be done with an indoor panel... just want to know how you setup conference? this is new to me, how does that work? lets say you create a conference number like...

hey, see link below, i am using Home Assistant for domotica, i started that thread sometime ago, i update it sometimes, when i find some usefull info to share with other users... i also linked a dropbox with all isapi... BUT, i see you already have the latest firmware 2.2.52 , thats sucks :-)...

Btw, do you have early media on that conference? If you call multiple linphones, I can't get it to work, must be something in asteriks to share the video in multiple channels... I don't use conference, maybe that's a solution

I did before with isapi and a custom firmware, but now I run a script from the SDK, much faster and much more events , like call status, motion detection, it connects to the doorstation on port 8000... I post later
