are you sure all TCP info is correct? can you show a screen from ivms? On my 9310 indoor unit, i can go to contacts , and from there i can call the indoor units in IVMS on the 9310 you should see the extensions with state "registered' Q3: i dont know

No, on UK portal, it actually downloads 2.1.76, and after extracting the zip, there is a huge 1.6gb factory image file with .IMG extension... 2.1.74 is indeed a digicap

In my case after firmware, the card was still opening door 1 , you can see that in the users... But I think the system was just corrupted, just exported, deleted, imported again
