DS-KH9510 WTE1 (B) can't connect iVMS4200

I can't add this monitor to iVMS with private wifi address.
The software shows it among the online devices but doesn't let me add it, returning a timeout and abnormal network error.
The same happens if I try to open the configuration interface with a browser.
No problem however with the IP address of the internal network of the intercom.

You trying on a mac by any chance?

Some older Hik devices had an issue with router password containing special characters like @#%$...
Try a different wifi password for your router or use a different router to check.
Also, if this is now wired on your router, disconnect to check or apply an wired IP and same gateway, out of your router IP pool range
