    Hi Dan, I don't know about the access as it was installed by soneone else.I just have the app. It was set to record continuously. The playback was working fine previously. Thanks Yves

    Hello, I have hikvision CCTV, which when I press playback, it's states no video footage found. I have checked the hard drive and it says normal. It's just recently done this. Thankst
