Just downloaded and installed .apk on my Pixel 4XL. Im liking the clean white interface and the app seems more "snappier" , if you know what I mean ?

I had similar issue with foggy lens on a DS-2CD2385FWD-I I dismantled the camera , wiped lens and inserted a silica gel bag inside it (from a box that had a new pair of trainers). Been fine since.

If you get some cheap quality plastic flexible conduit (10M contractors pack) , the ends on them are usually split. The cheapness in the quality of the pack , should mean you can forcefully screw it in. If you PM me your details , I could find one in my garage and post to you ?

I have just updated my DS-2CD2335FWD-I with this firmware and getting garbled configuration menu when logging in directly with IE to cameras ip address ... I am unable to click on anything on the left hand side.

That looks like the "menu" of a particular camera you were viewing. Use PTZ zoom controls to navigate (ie. Up an down) and "iris +" as enter
