Hi,
if anyone can help, much appreciated ...
I can connect to my NVR using iVMS-4200 and can do config, but none of my cameras are able to connect.
All 8 cameras show up as online devices but once I add them to the Device Management area the 'net status' displays an error...
So I've got the Hikvision DS-KV6113-WPE1 doorbell.
I've bought it for my parents and so I wanted a chime but it doesn't come with one.
I now need a portable doorbell display that can be taken around the home and not fixed in one place.
I believe all the Hikvision displays are mains powered...
I have a Hikvision doorbell and want to use it with Android tablet.
I can use the Hik-Connect app but I like the software that's on the Hikvision indoor station touch screen.
Does anyone know if I can download the software that's on the indoor station which I will then install on the android...
That's a great question, I was thinking the same.
I tried adding the doorbell as an AX Pro device but it didn't work.
Can the admins get in touch with Hikvision and suggest this worthwhile feature.
Can someone explain the benefit of the indoor station.
I'm thinking of using the doorbell via Hik-connect app and not purchase the indoor station.
What are the pros and cons.
Thanks
Thank you so much Dan, it worked.
I can access the camera via the browser now and it works in the Safari browser as well!
if it exists can you point me to a document or thread that explains in simple terms how to work out which firmware to download.
Also, I'm trying to sort the 2-way audio...
Thanks for reply
I've tried different browsers Safari, Edge, Chrome and they all give the same error page.

For my 2347G2-LU I'm trying to set-up 2 way audio
For my 2347G2-LU I'm also trying to set-up so that I can hear the audio in the playback.
Hi Dan,
Appreciate you looking into this.
The camera is plugged into a PoE network switch and the NVR is plugged into the network switch also. (btw is it better to connect the cameras directly to the NVR network ports?).
I cannot reach the login page for the camera, see screenshot.
I tried...
