Hi Phil, Thank you for reaching out. Model number- DS-7204HUHI-K1 Serial number D27673673. That’s the only info on the box. It seems to have a power adaptor plug which then has a small plug with 4pins going to the back and separate mains plug for the camera.

Sorry just seen this update. Internal flashing red light, front lights flashing and monitor says no signal. This forum won’t let me upload pictures. I’ve read it could be a power cable or a HDMI cable.

Hi, on the monitor it says no signal. On the front of the box left & middle lights flash. On the left side through a grill I can see a red flashing light. The cameras no longer have red power lights. Any suggestions please? Can I fix this or do I need to get my head office to get an engineer...
