At the end it was just the utp female clip that causing the issue. We cut and replace it with a new one and is working.

No it’s not under warranty and also I haven’t replace the camera yet. I will send it to someone that can fix it. I suppose that can be fixed easily

Dear @JB1970 probably that is the issue. I plug it directly to my router with a 12v adapter and it works fine. So I have to probably send it to someone to change this converter. Thank you very much for your help
